HR Audits
 
The purpose of the HR Audit is to review what you currently have in place, to get to know your business and its particular needs and to understand what your future plans are.   We then produce a report which shows you where you may need to comply with legislation, where you can reduce costs, where 'best practice' can be applied.   Finally, we will make recommendations about how these things can best be achieved and suggest the priority order.

The HR audit can help give you a 'snapshot' or where you are now and where you want to move towards.
