The Virtual HR Manager service is one that appeals to the smaller businesses who cannot afford their own HR Manager and don't want to get involved in paying monthly retainers for a service they may not use.

What we offer is simple and straight forward - you pay for what you use!    For a telephone and email service you are charged by the hour and invoiced on a monthly basis.   All we ask is that you pay within the 30 days.

For on-site work there is a minimum charge of 5 hours for up to half a day and travel expenses will be chargeable.

For specific project works, such as designing an appraisal scheme, it will be costed out and you will be given a project cost which we agree before work starts.
