Jigsaw HR are able to provide experienced trained independent investigators with HR backgrounds who can undertake investigations of grievances and disciplinary matters which are beyond the scope or understanding of your own team, or simply because your HR team are already overloaded.

We will ensure that we take a full brief from you, gain an understanding of your company culture, its policies and procedures and then agree the terms of reference for that particular investigation and how to ensure fairness for both the Company and the Employee.    We can be asked to find findings of "upheld" or "not upheld" and confine the report to that or you can ask us to make recommendations to you - its your choice, but we will ensure that you are fully briefed and understand the implications.

Our investigators either use digital voice recorders or bring a Note Taker and produce a summary Records of Interview for everyone who is interviewed.  These Records of Interviews are then reviewed by the individual and signed off .   Every document collected that is used in coming to the conclusions is put as an Appendix to the report and the report will refer to that document and will weigh up the evidence and show how the conclusions are reached.
