Training & Development: Coaching Assignment 
Client: Senior Manager, Manufacturing Company
The Issue: The Manager had been accused of bullying and harassment and her team were dysfunctional.
Jigsaw HR approach:  

We helped the Manager to identify the areas that weren't working well, how the bullying claim had arisen, how to identify negative thought patterns, and how to apply behavioural changes firstly with herself and then later in the way she handled the team.   The Manager was supported with the changes and then a Workshop was run for the whole team which allowed them to understand what caused their own negative behaviour and the impact it has on others.
Achievements:
  1. The Manager started to manage her team with confidence and the new "language" that they gained from the Workshop enabled them to talk about issues openly, honestly and within negative emotion.
  2. Productivity for the team went up and absence from work decreased.
  3. The team welcomed the Workshop and the open approach of the Manager and now work effectively and "nip issues in the bud" when they do arise.  The change in their behaviour has been noticed throughout the Company.
