Jigsaw HR approach:
We helped the Manager to identify the areas that weren't working well, how the bullying claim had arisen, how to identify negative thought patterns, and how to apply behavioural changes firstly with herself and then later in the way she handled the team. The Manager was supported with the changes and then a Workshop was run for the whole team which allowed them to understand what caused their own negative behaviour and the impact it has on others.
