Heather Salter is the director of Jigsaw HR and has over 25 years experience in HR. Heather has a practical and pragmatic approach and has experience of handling every aspect of the HR process

Heather's career has spanned working in a range of HR roles within large organisations such as Grand Metropolitan Retailing, Scottish & Newcastle Retail, Apollo Leisure Group, SFX and before starting her consultancy was HR Director for Clear Channel Entertainment. Prior to moving into the private sector she spent six years in the public sector working with West Lancashire District Council and Lancashire Area Health Authority.
