Overview

All of the training courses that we offer are tailored to your specific needs and can be delivered as "one off" events or as part a Management Development Training Programme.  

We are happy to take up to 12 delegates for each of the courses and we can build in pre and post course work which can be followed up your line managers.    We take a very practical view of training and like to ask Clients the following questions:

• what problem are you trying to solve by delivering this training?

• what do you want the manager/supervisor to do differently after the training?

We will use your policies and procedures and tailor the whole event to meet your needs
