It's interesting the amount of information that's on the internet these days and if you want to find out some interesting hints and tips, including sometimes things that are funny or annoying, then feel free to have a look at the blog I have started.

It's really aimed at anyone who has to manage people and realises that it isn't always easy.  Many small businesses set up because of their love of the product or service that they offer, but that doesn't make them a good manager of people.

With over 25 years in HR I have many hints and tips that I give to people all the time, so thought it might be a nice idea to put a few to paper on a blog.
